Welcome to Engage Bots. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and any services or products provided by us, including our custom chatbot packages. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this site or our services.

1. Use of This Website

You may use our website to view our chatbot services, submit enquiries, and request quotes. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. Any attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the site’s functionality is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any part of this site at any time without prior notice.

2. Services Offered

Engage Bots offers custom chatbot solutions designed to help businesses automate communication and streamline customer interaction. Our packages include chatbots for websites, Instagram and Messenger, WhatsApp Business, and private platforms such as Notion, Kajabi, and Circle. Each chatbot is designed from scratch based on the unique needs and content provided by the client.

3. Quotes, Payment and Delivery

All quotes are issued on a per-project basis following an initial enquiry. Once a quote is approved, a deposit of 50 percent is required to begin work. The remaining 50 percent is due upon completion, before final delivery. Payment instructions will be provided via email. Most chatbot builds are completed within five to ten business days, depending on project complexity and client responsiveness. All prices are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to provide all necessary information including business details, service descriptions, tone of voice preferences, FAQs, and access to platforms where the chatbot will be installed. Clients also agree to respond promptly to communication during the build and revision process. Delays in providing content or feedback may affect the agreed timeline.

5. Revisions and Support

Each project includes a fully custom chatbot build and up to two rounds of revisions. These revisions must be requested during the development phase before final delivery. Additional changes or updates may incur extra charges. Ongoing support, performance monitoring, and monthly update plans are available upon request.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once development work has started. However, we are committed to ensuring the final chatbot meets your expectations and will work closely with you during the process.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients retain full ownership of the content, branding, and materials they provide to us. Engage Bots retains ownership of all chatbot frameworks, backend logic, and proprietary tools used during development. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the completed chatbot within their own business only.

8. Limitation of Liability

We work to ensure that each chatbot functions reliably and meets the agreed requirements. However, Engage Bots is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or performance of any chatbot or related services. We are also not responsible for limitations, changes, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect limited personal data through our enquiry forms, such as names and email addresses. This data is used solely for the purpose of providing quotes, communicating with clients, and delivering services. We do not sell, share, or distribute personal information. 10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in services or regulations. The latest version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use our website or services after updates are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
